Startups can be lonely.
For most of what you're doing, it will be the first time you're doing it.
Don't underestimate how quickly you can learn (if you truly want to).
But it won't be the first time anyone has done it.
So it always helps to have people that you trust, who you can lean on along the way.
You should probably give them equity. But either way, find them.
